Stage 1 - Complete the booking form
Please include your preferred accommodation check in and check out dates and flight arrival details where possible.
Code of Conduct Agreement – CLICK HERE – formulated by the village chief and Fiji Time Travel. This agreement is also a part of your booking form (Part B) and must be read and understood.
Breech of the conditions will result in permission to stay at the village being revoked and the refund of any monies ineligible and void.

Stage 2 - Acknowledgement of booking request
Fiji Time Travel will respond within 7 days. Please enter all contact details and personal details accurately to enable this to occur.
Stage 3 - Payment/booking confirmation
You will be sent an invoice for payment payable within 7 days. Bookings are fully confirmed once full payment is made.
Stage 4 - Visitor information pack
Upon full payment you will receive information which includes notes on customs, protocols, expectations, packing tips etc to ensure that the utmost respect will be shown towards the indigenous community at all times and help ensure an enjoyable stay.

Current village accommodation and facilities cater for:
* Families (family packages available: reduced rates for children aged 4 – 14 years, 3 and under stay and eat for FREE)
* Solo travelers
* Corporate groups are also welcome to enquire; extra resources to cater for the needs of corporate groups will be made available in the future
All prices given are in Australian dollars.
A “currency converter” is supplied for your convenience to assist in converting foreign currency to Australian dollars.
Please note: Cultural activity payments (where applicable) are to be made in the village, payable in Fijian dollars (cash only). Credit card facilities are not available in the village.
